A Building Process That Includes You

At Rosewood Communities, we strive to include the homeowner in all aspects of the home building process. From start to finish, we ensure that you get the whole Rosewood package: cutting edge design, outstanding value, and unrivaled client care.

Here’s how things are done at Rosewood:

1. Contact one of our sales representatives via the contact form or phone call for more information on our communities. Once you’ve settled on the location right for you, visit one of our models to meet with one of our preferred realtors and choose the perfect lot.

2. Within ten days from when you put a lot hold down, schedule a meeting with our sales coordinator at the Rosewood design center for your preliminary meeting. This is where you will be able to choose your home plan, customize it, and create a wish list for the home of your dreams.

3. After your preliminary meeting, a contract will be drawn up and finalized. You will then meet with the sales team and the project manager for a pre-construction meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to decide on upgrades for your home as well as discuss the construction process.

4. Within 30 days of your pre-construction meeting, you will be contacted by a sales representative to schedule your selections meeting. This exciting part of the process is where you choose the finishing touches on your home, including flooring, paint colors, lighting fixtures, and more. We encourage extending this meeting into two sessions if necessary to ensure that together, we create the home meant for you.

5. Once the construction of your home is well underway, we encourage you to continue creating your story! Visit your future home at any point during construction, take photos, and make the process your own. It will only be a few short months until you are moved in and can enjoy the home of your dreams.

6. After closing, step into your new home that you helped to create! The low-maintenance feature of our communities means you can devote more time to things you enjoy.
