outside agent policy
Rosewood Communities takes pride in the knowledge of our agents with the specifics of our homes and the streamlined process that we have developed for the ease and enjoyment of the build with our customers. We also understand the importance of outside agents bringing us clients with the growth of the Greenville and Clemson real estate market. We will and happily agree to compensate the buyers agents 3% on client sales that adhere to the following terms as customer representation:
● The outside agent must accompany the client on the FIRST visit to any model and register with our on-site agents. Phone calls will not constitute representation and registration. If buyer has made direct contact with seller and has not disclosed a buyer’s real estate agent’s information, buyer’s real estate agent commission will be determined by the seller (possibly reduced from 3%).
● Registration forms are to be filled out by the agent and customer on their initial visit. Customers that visit our models "unaccompanied" will not constitute as having representation.
● The agents must be licensed in South Carolina.
● Agents must have a buyers agency agreement with said buyer to show upon request.
● We will honor the registration for 30 days.
● Agents can visit subsequently with their clients and re-register them for another 30 day period.
● If the customer moves forward to a lot hold and preliminary meeting, it is the agents' responsibility to attend all meetings with their client.
● Our Sales Coordinator will write up the contract and manage the selections.
We love our Greenville and Clemson agents and are so thankful for each one that brings their client to our homes and follows through with our process. We feel there is an amazing opportunity for all and that with the cooperation of the agent, we can work hand in hand in making this a memorable experience.
