The Cottages at Meadowood: Breathtaking lakefront views and lively downtown happenings

Rosewood’s second low-maintenance community on Lake Keowee is on its way! With 15 waterfront lots and 4 interior lots, the Cottages at Meadowood are sure to impress. In addition to its big water views and quiet coves, Meadowood, located at 749 East Brucke Road in Seneca, is only a 15-minute drive from Seneca’s bustling downtown area.

Here are just a few of the many exciting places to visit in Seneca:

Arts off the Alley

123 N. Townville Street, Seneca, SC 29678

Arts off the Alley is a local artist cooperative featuring hand-crafted art, mixed media, vintage finds, and more. The shop not only gives customers the opportunity to chat with the artists themselves, but also to learn new skills and hobbies through an array of small workshops.

Appellation Wine

1510 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Seneca, SC 29672

Created by California wine country natives, Appellation Wine is a neighborhood wine bar and shop focused on creating a wine experience that is laid-back and fun, rather than intimidating and overwhelming. With an ever-changing Wines by the Glass list, notable bottle selections, and charcuterie boards to compliment, Appellation Wine is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine (or two) with friends.

Jazz on the Alley

Ram Cat Alley, Seneca, SC 29678

Hosted by the City of Seneca, Jazz on the Alley is a family-friendly, free of charge event that occurs every Thursday evening from April to October. Starting at 6:30 P.M, the event features musicians of all genres and outdoor dining provided by Ram Cat Alley’s finest restaurants!
