Whispering Meadows: A New Mauldin Community

Whispering Meadows is our newest community in the rapidly growing city of Mauldin, SC. The city of Mauldin has multiple projects already underway, along with plans for many more, that will continue the growth of residential, shopping, entertainment, and dining options. One of the most exciting projects is the start of construction for Mauldin’s new Bridgeway Station. This project is on 40 acres and will include residential spaces, offices, shopping, dining, an amphitheatre, and places to hold entertainment events such as festivals, fairs, and concerts. The Bridgeway Station will connect to the Swamp Rabbit Trail that spans from Downtown Greenville to Travelers Rest.

This new community is 15 minutes from Downtown Greenville, 10 minutes from I-85, and 5 minutes from many grocery store options. It is also in close proximity to restaurants, schools, shopping centers, and beautiful parks. Although Whispering Meadows is close to all the activity of the city, the community itself is tucked away on a quiet street, surrounded by a privacy fence and includes a large common area to gather. We love this community because it allows easy access to everything you need while still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet at home.
