Clemson Cottages Update

We are so excited about the progress in this community, so we thought we would share that with you all. We started out with 29 lots and now we only have 20 lots left to build on. We also have 3 move in ready homes for sale for those of you who are looking to make a quicker move. We have 2 spec homes coming out of the ground that will be completed before we know it. It’s all coming together so quickly and we are thrilled to be a part of the wonderful Clemson community.

Since Clemson Cottages is only 5 minutes from Downtown Clemson and the Death Valley Stadium, we knew how important it would be to have a strong sense of community here. We incorporated that by adding a tailgating area with a large fire pit and space for multiple games of cornhole. We picture the members of this community tailgating together before big games and then taking a short walk to the stadium. We’ve also added a community garden for those of you who love to grow your own fruits and vegetables.

The Clemson Cottages model is open Monday - Saturday from 11am - 5pm and Sunday from 1pm - 4pm.
