Plan Highlight: The Baltic

The Baltic is by far our most popular plan for many reasons. Having a total of 2,773 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is no lack of open space or natural light. This plan has a huge master suite and a large great room with 10 foot ceilings all on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a loft.
