Rosewood Communities: International Builders' Show® Recap

A few weeks ago, several members of our team traveled to Las Vegas for the 2023 International Builders' Show® — the annual gathering of the National Association of Home Builders. https://www.buildersshow.com/

During this special event, experts and professionals from all across the industry come together to share knowledge, make new connections and learn more about the latest trends in home building.

Here's a sample of what our team members had to say after returning from the show:

"The best part for me was being able to physically touch and see how things work in person, versus simply viewing it on a website or in a catalog."

"We got to see so many new products and trends on display, plus being able to listen to experts was a real advantage."

"We definitely noticed some vintage design trends coming back — huge pops of color, mixing patterns and maximalism making its way back into homes."

"It was really amazing to have so many companies, distributors and professionals in one place. You never truly realize how vast and complex the industry really is until you see it with your own eyes."

"Homebuyers seem to be drawn to either very bold and colorful schemes, or the complete opposite with lots of neutrals and minimal color throughout the home. There doesn't seem to be a lot of gray area right now when it comes to people's preference in design — but that's what makes it unique and something you can really call your own."

Our team had a great time in Las Vegas and we can't wait for next year's show. In the meantime, we're excited to apply everything we learned and experienced in our upcoming projects in 2023!
