The Cottages at Meadowood: Construction is underway!

Construction has begun at the Cottages at Meadowood and we are excited to see how this community is coming to life! Located on the southern end of Lake Keowee, this community is within close proximity of great shops and restaurants in downtown Seneca, as well as only a short drive to the scenic hiking trails at Table Rock State Park. With three lots already sold and two on hold, now is the time to pick your lot in Meadowood and choose from six spacious, open floor plans for the lake house of your dreams.

There are currently just ten waterfront lots left, which include a private dock with a swimming deck and a covered boat slip. Only four interior lots are available, all of which boast picturesque water views and detached private boat storage. These lots are just steps from the water, and unlike most other sites on Lake Keowee, there is no escalator needed to reach the water front.
