City Center In Mauldin Soon to be a Reality
The long-anticipated downtown area in Mauldin, SC, is projected to be completed by Summer 2022, according to Greenville developer The Parker Group. The 6.5 acre project utilizes a 20,000-square-foot warehouse in the heart of Mauldin that will feature a food hall as well as an indoor/outdoor entertainment complex.
